Dark chocolate – Safe Pleasure?

I see that with more candy, the more I eat, the more I want and I feel even worse. Then I moved to dark chocolate as my "sweet" election. It 'really not very sweet, and is a great advantage. Why dark chocolate is low in sugar, does not my desire for more. I can with a small amount, with no desire to be satisfied with other sweets.

Dark chocolate has been recognized for a number of health benefits.
